Mr. Ruge was admitted to the Bar in 2010 and joined IPC Legal in 2023. His legal career is supported by earlier experience as a Court Clerk in Tanzania and as a Courtroom Assistant at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in Arusha.
Before joining IPC, he worked with law firms in Arusha on business establishment, real estate development, societies and non-governmental organisation establishment, and civil and criminal litigation.
